AGREEMENT FOR TOURING MARSHALLBERG FARM

A visitor must read and agree to the following conditions before he or she enters the Marshallberg Farm premise. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Tour and tasting is at the visitor’s risk. Marshallberg Farm is not responsible for any accident or injuries resulting from the tour, or for any illnesses following the consumption of farm products. 
2. Visitor must stay with the Marshallberg Farm host at all times. 
3. Visitor is not allowed to touch or feed animals. 
4. Visitor may not take photos without permission by the host.
